Gilles Vérot – pork butcher, son of a pork butcher, and grandson of a pork butcher – will run the kitchen.
Gilles owns 2 delicatessen shops in Paris and was recently awarded at World Pasty Championship. Get ready for serious charcuterie stories.
The night will be “naughty”
Le passage désir will showcase a few accessories to spice-up your night life.
